The project concerns 20 schools/classes spread over six islands in the Indian Ocean: Réunion, Mauritius, Rodrigues, Seychelles, Comoros and Madagascar.
French is the common language, but variations in local languages are planned to promote inclusivity.
On each island, teams trained locally and employed by local structures carry out awareness-raising work in schools in conjunction with local partners, which ensures that educational content is adapted to local realities.
